In 2023, 42 respondents from 42 national or regional museums and heritage institutions have participated in the survey, prepared by Arctur, to better understand the challenges of the sector. Structurally, the report is divided into three main sections, focusing on challenges and ambitions, digital technologies, and digitisation respectively, followed by a summary of preliminary conclusions.
